I'm lucky enough to be quite healthy and haven't had much need to go to the doctor's much until recently, but over the last few weeks I've had to go in quite a few times for either myself or my children and each and every member of staff have been professional, friendly and efficient. All doctors are busy but they make the processes as pain free as possible :)

Takes a while to get through but prompt and efficient service received so far. Call back received when expected and detailed appointment given.

If I could give 0 stars I would... the staff seem undertrained if trained at all, on one occasion I have booked to have a smear test, something I was very anxious about to get there and be told they have lost my paper work can I go back another time. On the next occasion I rang and asked to book my LG in for a flu jab my LG has autism so going to the doctors is very very stressful for her to get there and then to tell me they have ran out of the flu jab, and be informed they assumed I was being her there bc she already had flu! I’m sorry but who bring there child to the doctor over the bloody flu!?! And then yesterday I was told my prescription would be ready to collect that evening, to then be told it’s still on the doctors desk and will be ready today my OH went to collect it to day and it’s still not ready as the doctor still hadn’t sent it to the pharmacy, I then ring them to see what’s gone wrong and what’s taking so long for the lovely receptionist Viv to actually huff and shout at me down the phone I ask to speak to someone senior to be told she is the only one there bearing in mind my OH has just walked out their door so this lovely well trained lady actually just slammed the phone down on me I then ring back for her to be just as rude for a second time. I really recommend anyone who is thinking of joining don’t as you will not get an appointment ever, and clearly they don’t have the training or supplies to deal with the patiences they already have!

Absolutely unacceptable service, was very good when I was younger but now, you call over 200 times and are then told there are no appointments available, has happened to me multiple times and not just on one occasion!

Great surgery, doctors and other staff, easy to get a booking if you call on time which alot of people dont do
