Every doctor I’ve seen has been absolutely lovely and very helpful—I’m genuinely grateful for the care I’ve received. The South African lady on the reception team is also always kind and professional, and I really appreciate her approach.nnHowever, there is one specific receptionist I’m not sure of her name who has consistently been quite rude when I’ve spoken to her on the phone. She often comes across as dismissive and makes me feel like I’m being spoken down to or as if my questions are silly.
A few of the main doctors are really good, namely those like Dr Saint, Sookan, Murphy etc.nnBut what on earth is going on with these temporary doctors. I saw a doctor who claimed I don’t have poor circulation in my feet and she was wrong, and stubborn about it. There is also a Polish doctor who always seems to be very rude and stubborn, who seems to put obstacles in your way. It’s very odd and sad. This practice used to be so good in the days of Dr Khan and Dr Ayelwood. Now it’s hit and miss at times.nnEven to get an appointment you are now asked if it’s an emergency! Just for a normal appointment? I’m guessing there’s too many houses being built and not enough facilities
My name is Usher not CornocknI’ve only been with this practice about 8-9 months but what a Godsend! Previous local practice for 45 years. They take my concerns seriously, great at following up. Sadly my health has deteriorated very suddenly but I’m in the safest hands. Thanks to all the staff, Dr Murphy, Dr Nadia and Dr Saint.
I've been ill for 2 weeks, been to the pharmacist and have been advised to see a doctor. Been into the surgery told only telephone Dr appt available. When asked what was wrong...chest cough and earache. To be told oh a doctor doesn't see those types of appointments.....really!! No nurse appointments available call in the morning for an appointment. Does the receptionist know how painful earaches are and how painful my chest is!!!! Another sleepless night for me.
What a waste of space this doctors is. Been ringing in every day for the last week and they can’t do an afternoon appointment when I always ring at 8:30 and I’m always with in the first ten to ring up. I won’t bother with these wasters ever again.
