Similar to other reviews, extremely unprofessional recruiters. Dealt with James Horton who advised that he would be in touch to deliver the final interview feedback, however I never heard back. After giving it time and chasing via texts/calls, I was advised I was not successful - hence the reason for being ignored. The lack of respect, responsibility and professionalism is baffling, however I have my doubts this 'recruiting culture' will change.
Going to retract my previous review of the company. Although the company/job in question I did not get, the director of Oliver James had been kind enough to call me and explain what went wrong. I cannot fault the efforts of the Director
Superb recruitment company that goes the extra mile to ensure that service is their top priority.
Best place I’ve ever worked.
