My journey of selling my house through Hills was great. From initial listing with Sarah, arranging viewings, and dealing with the ongoing sale was very good. I was kept up to date, and the staff were always helpful and great customer service. I was even given a little gift when I dropped off my keys as a thank you for Selling through Hills. We have had such a great experience with Hills. Unfortunately our vendor pulled out last minute and Hills have been amazing at helping us find a new home. Beth has been a massive help to us and always kept us hopeful that we would find somewhere quickly, which we have!!  She always replies to emails and calls swiftly which has helped keep us calm and we have had so much confidence in Beth throughout the process.  Shout out to Sarah too who helped us put our house on the market and explained clearly what the selling process would entail. We felt in safe hands :

Excellent service from Hills Estate Agent. Would certainly have no hesitation in using their services again. I dealt with Sarah who initially visited and valued my property and then with Rebecca who was my contact throughout the subsequent process. I found both to be extremely pleasant and very professional. The house viewings were well into double figures within a matter of days and the actual selling price was over and above the asking price. I definitely feel that I made the correct choice of agent and I  would highly recommend Hills to anyone thinking of selling their property.

I've had dealings with many different estate agents over the course of my house hunt and can honestly say I've had no better experience than with Hills! Dean C has been all too happy to help whenever I've had a query and his friendly manor goes a long way with easing the stresses of house buying! He's recommended a mortgage broker Tom who is equally fantastic and helpful. All in all Hills is a well oiled machine and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again whether buying or selling a property.

If you are a first buyer choose hills !! I can’t recommend hills enough. Constantly sent me property’s ideal for me and my family and was always really flexible in letting me view house in my dinner time or break time at work. They went above and beyond, left me to explore the property while giving me all the key information.  They really went above and beyond. I was registered with 7 estate agents when looking and hills is a level above them all, information on the property 5 star. Viewing the properties 5 star. Contact rate and keeping me up-to date 5 star. Friendliness every time I called 5 star.  I’ll go even as far as to say every time I seen a property on right move with hills next to it, it made me 10 percent more interested because of their professionalism.  Big shout out to Beth who was an absolute gem to show us round the property’s and also a very friendly agent you can have a laugh with.  Also a big shout out to Hollie who even helped me put my offer in and was so quick in relaying messages to both party’s involved.  Hills is an all round very well oiled service, with the customers best interests at the heart of it !

Myself and my brother are first time buyers and Hills have been brilliant so far in our journey to joining the property ladder! The Team at Hills have been super helpful in assuring us and keeping us informed every step of the way so far so I couldn't recommend them enough. One of their colleagues, Tia, who has been handling our move from our first viewings to now buying our first home has been especially fantastic, very professional, on hand to answer any of our questions and has thus so far made this journey easier on us. I purchased my property through Hills 5 years ago, I am now selling and knew straight away that I wanted to use them. Every part of the process with them has been clear and stress free. After having used Purple Bricks who were absolutely shocking do not touch with a barge pole!  We then used 2 other agents.  Finally after much heartache, we chose Hills.  We had more viewings and more communication with them. I have to say Rebecca Nicholson was my preferred contact so I kind of appointed her my go to for all communication.  Hills sold our home within 2 months of going to market.  I would highly recommend.  All staff are polite and professional.

Rebecca, Hollie and the rest of the team at Hills have been amazing throughout our search for our first home. We received regular phone calls and email bulletins about properties that might be of interest and booking in viewings was always a quick and easy process. Any questions we asked were answered promptly and we were kept up to date throughout the process. I cannot recommend Hills enough!
