I recently sold my property and wanted to recommend Andrew at Martin & Co.

Martin is an excellent estate agent - he really knows his stuff and throughout the process came across as really professional and proactive. It was a massively refreshing change to be kept up to date throughout the process and this left me feeling reassured that my property was in good hands and that the sale would go through.

If you are looking to sell your property then definitely speak to Andrew at Martin @ Co Prestwich.

I used Andrew from Martin&Co to sell my property and can honestly not recommend him highly enough. Having never sold a house previously I was very apprehensive about the process but from the initial valuation appointment all the way through to completion Andrew was brilliant. He gave me honest and useful advice, secured numerous viewings on my property within the first week of marketing and secured us a sale at a price higher than we had expected to achieve almost immediately. He then kept us updated all the way through the process and was also able to recommend a fantastic Solicitor. In addition he has been actively helping us look for a new property for ourselves. I know many people find selling a house extremely stressful but thanks to Andrew the whole sale has ran smoothly and kept me stress-free. He has been really professional and friendly throughout and a pleasure to deal with.

I cannot recommend Martin and Co Prestwich highly enough! Andrew is great at sales and Earl is fantastic at lettings. They found a tenant for my latest property in less than 24 hours of going on the market. They are my 'go to' estate agent. Great customer service and lovely to deal with!

What can I say? Well, I have just sold my residential rental property portfolio in Manchester using Martin & Co Prestwich.  Both Andrew and Michael were extremely professional with excellent customer service.  They kept me informed of progress every step of the way.  I have decided to diversify into developing to sell on and I would not hesitate to use Martin & co again.  I am just hoping that, should I want to sell in an area not covered by this branch, the other branches will be just as good.  Thank you both. I'll be in contact with you again soon.  Diana
