Really nice bar-restaurant right on the harbour, lovely decor and friendly service. Had live music the evening we were there, such a relaxed atmosphere. A great place to spend time watching the world go by with a drink or two. Yet to try the food as fully booked the night we tried so phone ahead if you want a table - plastic glasses are served if you wish to sit on the harbour wall.
A nice Greene King Pub with a lovely atmosphere with great seating both indoors and outside; located on the quayside opposite Weymouth Harbour. No soft music playing in the background, very pleasant. The staff were very friendly and pleasant. Ladies toilets clean, albeit heavy fire door to enter. The WiFi kept dropping out, which was a pain as we were trying to utilise it at the time. Great menu with plenty of options to choose from. Enjoyed the Thatchers flavoured Cider on Draft.. It was a shame they had no Blood Orange available nor any coffee. Overall... Great place for a pit stop.
Good selection of beers on draft normally, although today only one! Menu looks really good with a wide selection available and reasonably priced. Great location quayside. Will definitely be back!
We visited here for dinner tonight. There was an hour wait which we were not told about before ordering but the food was incredible. I had the chicken katsu curry and oh my goodness delicious piping hot and filling and a massive portion. Found the bar staff not the friendliest and very transactional. A big sign on entry saying can use the app to view menus and order but this wasn't working today Also confusing to be greeted with a sign saying wait to be seated to which we did and then got told you actually seat yourself. The lad delivering the meals to the table was doing an amazing job single handedly on a very busy evening so thank you! I would return here in the area as its heart warming food for a reasonable price. First time visited here today and we will be back! Thank you for a lovely meal
17th Century pub now part of the Greene King group. A wonderful old building, full of character, situated right on Weymouth Harbourside. The waitress and barmaid who served us, were both very pleasant and attentive. As with all the visits we have enjoyed to Greene King establishments, the meals are good and excellent value for money.
Great location, friendly & busy. I like this place, just had a drink but will eat here next.
Had to go up and order twice because they had no steak left. But we still had a really good meal and staff are great. This pub is also dog friendly!

Thank you to The Old Rooms and especially Sam for finding us space on a very busy Boxing Day to enjoy a drink with family with a slightly excitable pup in tow! Always a pleasure and the first place I always visit when I get to Weymouth. See you soon!
After a duff Christmas meal, the management invited us back for a meal on them. It was very nice and the staff were very professional. The meal we had was delicious. Thank you to all the staff for looking after us. We will come again.
