I’ve never stayed in a nicer hotel in England for £85. Clean, tidy, new modern decoration. Bathroom & shower was very nice. Bed was very comfortable. It was very kind to get free New Forest bottled water. Abigail was very nice and helpful. Honestly 5* all round 😀

A really lovely place. Quite deciving in size, would have preferred a double room in first floor rather then ground. However a pleasant stay and very well trained staff. Very pleasant welcoming staff members.

For the amount of money it cost for a room it was nothing special. Felt very intrusive too. No-one else allowed in the room so when a friend came to pick me up as we were going out they had to sit in the car and wait or stand around in the reception area. Felt very claustrophobic. There was also a lot of noise from other guests, who I don't believe were bring excessively loud, i just don't think the walls are partcularly well soundproofed.  Certainly wouldn't stay there again.

Lovely room, friendly staff, excellent location close to the seafront and a short cab ride from Gun Wharf.

Number Four Boutique Hostel is in a fantastic location, a short walk from shops and southsea sea front. I would highly recommend room six although I'm sure all the rooms are very nice. Service was excellent throughout the stay.
