Beautiful park in Potters Bar. Lots of waking space with lakes and ponds. 2 playgrounds with lots of things to do. My kids love it here, can easily spend a few hours. The ponds have ducks and other animal life.
Lovely park, has a playground and play area for kids, ponds with ducks and geese and the occasional squirrels. It’s a nice place to relax and read a book if that’s your thing or play Pokémon Go. There’s also a restaurant on the premises so you can grab a bite if you want. It’s also a great place to walk your dog.nnThere’s a connecting park on the other side of the road which is also Oakmere. It’s quite serene and has more wildlife there.
A nice local park with new & fun play areas for children around two small lakes with a selection of bird wildlife. Dog friendly on leads & easy to walk around the landscaped grounds.
Fantastic park, we went there with two boys 3 and 7 and we all enjoyed it. I cannot wait to see it in all of the seasons. Spring walking is highly recommended here. There are two playgrounds, two lakes and many place to play football, badminton or something else. Also good place for a picnic.
A good playground, catered for 5 years old plus I would say. Got slide, swings, spider web and double zip lines. The long slide claims to be 8 metres long but my kids find it not really smooth enough to slide down.nThe path around the lake is not long so it’s good for short walk or young kids cycling.nThe lovely Oakmere House is just on the northwest side of the park - it’s now a Harvester restaurant.nOn top of the car park, it’s quite easy to find on street parking close to the playground.
