Potters Bar

An average train station. Trains are fairly regular, more so during peak times. It provides easy access to London. This station is annoyingly outside of the 'Travel for London' travel zone meaning that it is more expensive to get here. Station can get crowded at peak commuting times and barriers can become congested. The car park is very expensive, there are to free space and can get cramped with the size of the spots. The surrounding area is nice with lots of things to do and see.

Potters Bar railway station serves the town of Potters Bar in Hertfordshire, England. It is located on the Great Northern Route approximately 16.8 miles (10km) north of London Kings Cross on the East Coast Main Line. The station’s facilities are basic c with inadequate parkings.

Miserable station. Car parking spaces are undersized in spite of costing nearly £10 a day. Much more narrow than most car parks, especially for the many SUV driving commuters. Car park is often in chaos with cars spanning multiple spaces, or inventing new spaces. Someone has even added their own space with white spray paint. Be warned these infractions are always ticketed

I really like this station. I saw the Tornado pass through there and they have a memorial for the Potter's Bar. Here's a joke - where do wizards go to get a drink.... Potter's Bar! Haha.
