The toilets could do with being modernised but they were at least clean and fresh smelling. The staff are friendly and polite and the food was ok all in all it was a pleasant experience.

Went there with a problem with my truck. The bloke didn't know what it was so he tried bullshiting my with something else. I left with the problem not sorted. I am a mechanic knew what the problem was before I got there. On another occasion a fitter came out from here to repair a broken pipe on my rear steer. He didn't know how to work the pump to repressurize the system. And spent more time on the phone trying to find out what to do. Than actually doing it.

Really friendly and helpful team works there,they were very polite and professional, service was done quickly.

I am sure .Scania can afford better coffee and mashine...stuck in the past....one wonders , what progress in day to day running....

Turbo replaced .....turbo not working..... maybe if the truck was given a test drive before it was returned they would've realised it wasn't working
