Absolutely beautiful heritage country farm house, renovated and decorated to a level of excellent quality. Set in the working farm yard setting in a lovely quiet and tranquil setting. Absolutely lovely owners, nothing too much trouble and a delicious full English breakfast! 10 out of 10 😆😆

Excellent place to stay. Lovely country cottage and owner very helpful and friendly. Reasonable price with comfy rooms and excellent breakfast.

Great atmosphere, good facilities, close to shops and local attractions. Friendly service, great sized bath, had a really lovely time am sad I couldn't stay longer but will definitely go again.

Sensational B&B! Idyllic and quiet, it is a truly riveting escape. The grounds are scenic and clean with a delightful array of character! The rooms are spacious, clean and very cosy! The bath in the room is huge and the shower is deceptively luxurious! The keepers are both amazing and warm. I was able to catch 5 minutes with one of the owners Les (and his lovely sheepdog RJ) and he was just a joy to talk to. Coming from Manchester, I felt somewhat out of place on a farm. He was both happy and passionate! He always has a smile on his face. That is also true of Jen (The Boss to quote Les haha). Her hospitality and warmth were very refreshing and my wife and I felt immediately welcome! In the morning, we were invited into the main house for breakfast. It is very grand with breathtakingly ornate features! The breakfast selection is also quite incredible. My wife is vegan and the way in which they catered for her was exceptional! My full english was delicious and (what I consider to be a touch of inspired genius) they plopped a potato smiley face on top of my black pudding! Just magic. Forgive the great length of this review. I just feel being concise was not acceptable considering how I felt about my stay. My wife and I will, most certainly, revisit the farm in the near future. As far as value for money, one would be hard pressed to find better. It is just remarkable. 5 stars without a shred of doubt.
