Very expensive but nice quality furniture, The staff are all commission based so really put the hard sell on their protection insurance and free wax service.Delivery is free if you have it when they say it is convenient ,or else you will pay for a specific day.Overall not bad service but the pressure on furniture insurance can be a bit uncomfortable as the staff are very persuasive.

Apart from the commission based sales people, this place is great. We purchased our last two pieces of large furniture on separate occasions from them, a dining table and a chest of drawers. They are very good value for the kind of materials and quality and we are incredibly happy with them. I don't understand the people who think they are expensive, you can pay the same amount for total crap from IKEA which we unfortunately have in the past, so as far as we are concerned they are brilliant.
