I visited this store with my partner who bought a nice shoulder bag, After buying it she discovered that there was no strap for the "Shoulder bag", We went back to the store to see if anything could be done perhaps it was a mistake and one could be found even if we had to pay for it we didn't mind, We found a girl (who must still be at school) tidying up the handbags on asking her politely about our problem she replied" Well there isn't a strap with the shoulder bags because we don't have them even if we did that's why they are cheap" So on asking when is a shoulder bag not a shoulder bag even if it has "D" rings clearly used for a shoulder strap we were told "well that's how they were designed" I pointed out that it was odd for a shoulder bag to be designed as a shoulder bag but not to have a shoulder strap, This was greeted by a shrug, The customer service is lousy no sign of any adults to deal with our problem so we left and we won't be returning in a hurry, TX Max hire child Labour who knew?.

Absolutely disgraceful with the store manager at this store, followed me around twice in the same week, asking me to leave for no reason at all after buying a shirt from the store I was followed out, and then security following me around the market and up the cinema stairs, I felt very uncomfortable and discriminated, this needs to be sorted out before he does this to the wrong person.

Very unhappy with the store manager here he looks like an absolute nonse and he follows kids like one too.
