Poor customer service. Wanted to collect the carpet ourselves but won't let you use their fitters unless you pay their extortionate £30.00 local delivery charge. Won't be using them again.

explained we needed the laminate done quickly and if they did not have the fitters thats fine we'll go elsewhere. Said they did but a week later still no date. Have phoned store 6 times and every time recorded messages says "no one available to answer you call" and rings off. Total timewasters

I had vinal flooring fitted with 2in gaps around the edges they tried to cover this up with silicone
