We found these guys to be very helpful. Up for a deal. No pressure sale. We bought some furniture and a king size bed. Speedy delivery. Furniture was installed for us. No complaints. Happy all round. We shopped around and found the service to be the best here. Endless coffees provided. Free cover and pillows thrown into the deal

" Dreams .... what nightmares are made of " Before you read this review the staff at this branch are impeccable ,friendly and professional . So where do we start ?Back in late November our Dreams mattress developed a fault which was within it`s 10 year extended guarantee so we arranged with Dreams to have it inspected .About 2 weeks later it was inspected and agreed faulty.This is where things go down hill from here as we were told although they can credit only the value of the mattress to the sum of almost £900 which is fair enough but as we already have a replacement mattress we didn`t need another but dreams insisted we could only use the credit on one item ?WHAT THE HECK CAN YOU BUY FROM DREAMS FOR £900 FOR 1 ITEM I ASK ? Dreams were adamant that it had to be 1 item only which we couldn`t understand why not multiple items if we have to spend the credit in your shop anyway ?So a few emails and phone calls later we still were not getting any further with dreams so decided to just go and have a look in there store in Hereford . December 2016 we visited the Dreams store at the Hereford Salmon Retail Park branch to have a look for what it was worth ( still feeling cheated by being told we had to spend £900 on 1 item only ) . There was no pressure selling from the staff which was nice but just friendly and helpful staff to hand .After about 10 mins of browsing we approached a young chap called " Ashley " who was very helpful indeed as we explained to him the whole scenario about the credit we had and only being able to spend the credit on one item .This is where things get better ( for now anyway ) as Ashley thought that was a bit strange why we were only allowed to buy one item to the sum of almost £900 so he went and had a chat with 3 other store managers who just happened to be in the store at that time which one came over to us and said " you can spend the credit on multiple items as iv`e had a word with the head office " i think it was ! We thought excellent and were so grateful for this as we now may as well buy a new bed with matching Cabinet's etc etc .After completing the order we understood delivery would be about 3-4 weeks which was fine with us .On the day of delivery the new bed , Cabinet`s etc were put together and looked fine until just after the fitters left we noticed 2 faults in the bed ( 1 x mark and one faulty drawer on the bed ) but it didn`t end there as the Cabinet`s had been left still boxed which to our horror one Cabinet was completely the wrong colour to the other ? Long story short ( ish ) Dreams head office said we can order replacement parts and will be with you next month ( please note that this was said in January ) February came and nothing so we contacted Dreams and asked what`s going on which they replied " oh it`s going to be next month now due to shipping problems " so we waited and yet again they came out with another load of rubbish " we have you down for next month delivery not this month being March .By now i`m getting that " i don`t give a dam customer service feeling from them " I told them that if if this isn`t resolved very soon then i`m going to trading standards as we have had enough .Faulty and incorrect goods should take days to correct NOT MONTHS ! Today is 14th April and our replacement goods/parts have come and installed by 2 very professional / friendly guys ( we were actually booked in as cabinet replacement today and bed repair 26th April but yet again Dreams messed that up as well ) so all in all it has taken almost 4 MONTHS for Dreams to correct these awful issues along with dire customer service so i ask anyone IS THIS WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULD BE LIKE ? " Dreams .... what nightmares are made of "
