Everything you could possibly need to give your house a make over. Nice cafe also but it can get a bit too busy sometimes.

Shop is fine but the Pausa cafe is dreadfully understaffed. Since the cafe was extended it now has more than twice the number of tables but staffing hasn’t increased sufficiently to cope. Customers have to clear tables in order to sit down. Buying just a drink involves long queues. Staff cannot possibly be expected to keep up. The management need to employ more staff as the current ones will, if they have any sense, look for work elsewhere, quickly. They are, however, a credit to the place as they continue to smile and do their best in impossible circumstances. Sort it out, Dunelm/Pausa!

I personally love Dunelm. It has most things you need for your home. From kitchenware, towels to bedding and furniture. Good quality products for a good price. (You get what you pay for). Helpful friendly staff. There is also a lovely little cafe upstairs if you fancy a light bite and/ or a coffee.

There's a extensive choice in this large store. The coffee shop is pretty good too. Where they let themselves down every time is checking out. There's often a queue and despite there being 6 checkouts there are rarely more than 2 open. The staff just don't seem alive to the frustration shoppers feel by waiting to pay and get out. It's a real shame.

Everytime I nip into Dunelm Hereford, Aaron always seems to be working, always always helpful and cheerful. This young man really is the credit to Dunelm 😊 you won't find customer service like this anywhere nowadays. Thank you Aaron in the carpets and rugs section 😊
