Long waiting times. Clueless staff. Rude staff. 
Generally crappy O2 store and I would advise going somewhere else.

It took me over 2 hours to upgrade my tablet and they guy serving me had no idea what he was doing.

Visited on two separate occasions. First time I was asked if I needed help but the sales assistant knew less about the phone than I did. Second time again asked if I needed help and the sales assistant was very knowledgeable and helpful. Plenty of working phones to try out.  Deals poor for existing customers.
