Have never had any problems with HMV. Been using HMV for years, and at least in here twice a week. The staff are very helpful and informative, always polite. Great service and always enjoy shopping there.

Went in yesterday to buy a set of headphones as part of a birthday present. The young person I spoke to was quite knowledgeable about the products and helped me with my purchase.  The girl at the till ( Charli) was also very pleasant. All in all I had a good shopping experience and the headphones I bought were competitively priced. Well done!
