Five stars for a girl at the tills. Her name was Anna, I believe, absolutely amazing. Communication skills are on point and when explaining that my card declined, helped me by suggesting I INSERT it! Genius! Thank you, Anna! Payrise must be ahead of you some day now girl
I recently had a frustrating experience with these guys. My wife bought some shoes there, didn't grab the receipt because, I mean, who does that nowadays, right? Everything's on our phones. But then she needed to swap sizes, and they acted like proving we got the shoes from them was mission impossible. Seriously? Can't even spot a Primark logo or check their own system for purchase history? It's like they're stuck in the Stone Age. And don't get me started on asking for a receipt in 2024! Governments are all about eco-friendly, paperless stuff, but these folks are living in a time warp. Plus, they couldn't care less about their customers. The shoes were brand spanking new with tags, but they still wanted a receipt. Come on, guys, get with the program!
I wanted to get some fleeced leggings for work. They had a good variety and they felt good quality. Cannot wait to try them.
The typical normal primary. Lots of clothes scattered everywhere. Unfortunately, the staff are trying their best to keep it tidy but the riff raffs customers does not care and make such a disgusting mess. I really believe the staff should be paid more. Only go here for Xmas pj's and decorations
