So glad we came in store! Been looking online for some weights but when we visited the store the staff were able to recommend a number of alternatives and were able to build our own package which saved us time and money. Great service and got exactly what we needed. Edit. Three weeks later one of the bar collars broke. Went straight back to the store, and they exchanged it on the spot...no questions. Fantastic service. Cheers Darren. We'll be back to expand our collection soon.

The store manager was helpful. We had an idea of what we’d wanted to achieve with our training goals, but weren’t sure what the best kit to buy was. He helped us find the right equipment for me and the wife to use and provided some useful training tips so we get the best out of it. We’d definitely use them again.

Went in store to Chelmsford rather than just order online because I needed to check the operation of a particular folding bench I was after. The advisor - Darren - gave me a full and thorough demonstration and encouraged me to have a go with it myself too ("we like to try and make sure the customer is getting something that's right for them"). All my questions were answered in a full, friendly and thorough way and when I decided to buy the process of delivery was fully gone through as well. Thoroughly impressed!

Great service from Mike... he took us through the product we were interested in (rowing machines). He had great product knowledge and was very patient with us... would definitely recommend this store and the equipment. Thanks for your help

Saw Darren, great service. Really helpful and informative. Was given great advice and was allowed to fully test the equipment before making a decision. Would recommend to anyone.
