Welcome to the Design Centre! We are a family-run business in the Jewellery Quarter, specialising in engagement rings, wedding rings, diamond jewellery, eternity rings & designer watches from brands such as Gucci, Michael Kors, Armani, Hugo Boss and more.

Story

Welcome to our Facebook page! Here at the Design Centre we're based in the heart of the Jewellery Quarter in Birmingham. Birmingham's Jewellery Quarter is world renowned for its value and quality, and Design Centre is no different.

We are unique in that we offer both a large range of jewellery and an extensive collection of designer watches which include:

Engagement rings, wedding rings, diamond jewellery, eternity rings and designer watches including Gucci, Rado, Raymond Weil, Michael Kors, Emporio Armani, Bulova, Hugo Boss and Rotary.

As a family-owned business we pride ourselves on the knowledge and experience of our staff. We have several members of staff with over 10 years service to give that familiar personal touch. Customers regularly pay them compliments for their attention to detail and excellent customer care.

We have gifts to grace all occasions and affordable prices that range for £50.00 to £50,000.00 for jewellery and watches.

My fiance and I went in looking for wedding bands, having gone into a few different places and not really found anything that worked. Tina promptly found me about 5 different wedding bands that I loved! And then even managed to find a ring for my partner who had something really specific in mind and wasn't even planning to get one that day!!! Fantastic jewellers! Huge range of rings and great staff and service!
Excellent help and advice, I went in with some details and with Gemma’s help I was about to select a perfect engagement ring! I needed it quite promptly, another woman I believe Tina? was able to help speed up the process. Can’t recommend enough!!
20 years ago my husband brought my first engagement to which I thought was a gorgeous diamond. But for our 20th anniversary we went back to the Design Centre and he brought me another engagement ring with the most lovely diamond and a new wedding ring Ella was so lovely in helping me choose the perfect rings. Hopefully be back in another 20 years
Visited the design centre in birmingham today to choose wedding rings for myself and fiance. We were greeted by a warm, friendly lady names Tina.. her customer service, banter and sense of humour was second to none, Tina & Dave worked their magic and we came away with two beautiful wedding rings and a beautiful diamond necklace to wear on the day i get married.. Thankyou both but especially Tina who gave me so much time and effort to ensure i have the ring i had dreamt of, we cant wait to come back and collect Warrens made to order ring :-
Just went browsing as did not know what I was looking for. Although I knew I wanted some Diamond Earrings. Tina helped me decide by taking the time to explain the difference and allowing to see what each size looked like. All the staff are very friendly patient and have a wealth of knowledge. Very happy customer
Went to the Jewellery Quarters last week with a style of ring in mind and was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service I had from Tina who picked out several rings matching my description of what I wanted. They match my wedding and engagement ring perfectly. Thank you Tina.
Beautiful shop, the staff were not only friendly and welcoming but also very knowledgeable. Gemma was really helpful, let us try lots of different styles, made us feel really confident in our choices. we were also assisted by Dave and Ella who were so knowledgeable and helpful. It was definitely worth the 1.5hr drive to Birmingham JQ. As a bonus they cleaned our engagement rings and made them look so sparkly again. Definitely recommend!
After Gemma and her colleagues designed our son a beautiful engagement ring, when he had gone to quite a few shops with no success, myself and my husband went back for diamond stud earrings for my birthday. Again we had an amazing experience with nothing being too much trouble. The support given on both occasions exceeded anything we have experienced before. We wouldn't hesitate recommending this shop to anyone wanting something special, and a gold star experience. Thankyou xx
Have just left the design centre with the most perfect wedding ring. Thank you so so much to the whole team Daksha, Dave and Ben, but especially Daksha who really took her time to show me all of the options and worked her magic and we left as very happy customers. It was nice to have some honest customer service. We will be back for that eternity ring!
Collected this beautiful ring yesterday for my daughters 50th on Valentines Day. I cannot praise the Staff of Design Centre enough for their excellent service from design 12 days ago to providing this gem of a ring. Many Thanks from the Kershaw Family.
