We are a family-run Jewellers located in the heart of Birmingham's Jewellery Quarter. We offer a range of jewellery, from luxury to affordable as well as a variety of jewellery services. Our friendly staff are more than happy to help, visit us on Vyse St!

"Stanley’s Jewellers is a family run jewellery retailer that specialises in a personal and bespoke service to all our customers.Founded in 1976 by Arthur Stanley. He began a jewellery polishing and finishing company called Birmingham Jewellery Finishers known as B.J.F. growing into todays Birmingham Jewellery quarter shop ‘Stanley’s Jewellers’, the famous family run business.Unfortunately, Arthur Stanley passed away in 2012, however, his family continue to run the business. Val, Alison, Scott and Samantha, each continuing Arthur’s exceptional standards in both service and quality."

Excellent customer service. Helpful, experienced and friendly staff. Took my engagement ring, wedding band and eternity ring to be expanded for a better fit. The work was value for money, high standard and very reasonable. I received excellent customer service especially as I returned feeling the rings were still tight after the work done. Lovely member of staff made me realise that the warmth of my fingers or lack of contribute to how tight/loose the rings feel upon wearing. It was not necessary to further expand all the rings, just the wedding band. They did this at no extra cost or fuss and even advised that I was welcome to return after a few weeks of wearing if I still felt the rings were too tight. This was good old fashion customer service at its best. Thank you Stanley's and thank you Newey's for recommending we speak to Stanley's in the first place!

Absolutely fantastic customer service! Came here with my mom as she wanted a bracelet for her 50th! She couldn't pick just 1 so ended up having 3. We were served by a lovely lady who helped us so much! Will definitely return here. Thank you.

Well I went in thinking we would buy two wedding rings for £1000 and then I met Val who handed me a ring I fell in love with straight away and we came back £3000 lighter! Quality jewellery fantastic staff and very welcoming I didn't feel like a shop lifter like we did in the other shops! Val your worth your weight in gold!! Top lady Xx

Not happy had a bracelet repaired by them a new catch happy when I picked it up but 1 wk after it came off my husband wrist which at the time he was with his brother which noticed it came off his wrist my husband was so lucky he was with his brother at the time if not he would have been out of pocket which bracelet was worth nearly £2000 took it back to them and they repaired it again no compensation all the convenience going all over to Birmingham and the time, all they said sorry. Won’t be going back there again not happy at all.

Very friendly helpful service with a lovely discount on 3 purchases! Parking an issue though as the pay machine wasn’t working.took around 20 mins to sort out.

If you're baffled by the array of shops and dealers in the jewellery quarter and in need of proper customer service from a family firm you can trust then look no further! Sam was really easy to deal with, listened to what we wanted and helped us through the challenges of repairing an existing floating diamond setting, then scrapping some of my unwanted items and finally helping me to choose some new chains from their selection - basically a one-stop shop for everything we wanted. The photo shows some new chains and some existing jewellery which Stanleys cleaned up and anodised so that everything now matched and was wearable. We were really happy with their prices for new jewellery as well as repairs which were very reasonable. So pop in and ask for Sam or Scott, you've nothing to lose and plenty to gain.

Stanleys did an amazing job on a ring repair for me, and reasonably priced too. 5 stars well and truly deserved.

We visited the Jewellery Quarter today to find our wedding rings and so happy we walked into Stanley's! Val was an utter delight and helped us right from the off. She made us feel right at home so much so we were back within the hour! We are chuffed with our rings, the lovely staff who work here and the price! Thank you ladies, so much. Was lovely having a natter with you! x
