Where do I start with Diamond Dealer Direct...Fantastic! We brought my engagement ring from here last year which was a great experience. Raj was amazing with his knowledge and transparency, from the style to turn around time the process was very smooth. We returned a year later to sort our wedding bands out how could we not?. I wanted a wedding band from Cartier originally which I fell in love with, but with the cost and them not being able to do it in just pure gold I decided to approach Raj with my idea to create a bespoke ring. They did not disappoint, I received it today and I can't believe how amazing it is. My Cartier inspired ring but to how I wanted it, what more could you ask for! Best advice - go to Diamond Dealers Direct they are the best!!
I have to say that I wasn’t too sure as to which shop to go to for an engagement ring, from the lady that took me into this shop to the two people that explained everything to me to enable me to make a decision to purchase what I think is the most beautiful ring was fantastic. Credit to you. I would without a doubt recommend you. Great experience. I’m almost a diamond expert now. Just need to make sure my perfect lady says yes. My Fianće and I had a wonderful experience at this shop. Raj took excellent care of us and ensured that every detail surrounding my ring was perfect. From the initial consultation to ring collection, Raj felt more like a friend rather than someone we were doing business with. We will most certainly be returning for wedding bands and any future jewlerry. We’re so grateful to Raj and the team for making my dream ring come true!
Went to this establishment on the 24/6/24, Raj himself is a gem of a geezer, very transparent and knowing his been in the trade 40+ years, knows his stuff. Looked after us very well, advised us excellently, not just there to make money but advised on the less expensive option be better for us. where most places would recommend the most expensive. I could not ask for a better service then what we received. We had limited knowledge about the market but Raj advised us extremely well, with no hard sale or any pressure. We visited a vast majority of the stores to do our own research and browse the many different styles but went back to Raj for the final design. We walked out so happy with what we agreed. We felt educated and have 100% confident in the process. Our ring is now being made and I can't wait to see the result. Everyone needs to visit this store when looking for jewellery. We will be using them again and again now.
Went in to look around and was made to feel very welcome by the staff. Raj was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and helped us decide on the best ring, size and style to go for. With all the shops to choose from in the Jewellery Quarter this is a definite shop to visit if you are looking for something special and at a good price !
I was in need of a new ring and I have my "regular spot" across the road that Raj and the amazing lady owner Purna were able to not only price match but overdeliver in all areas. The service and care and humour in the process was so fun, I really felt there was no other place to go than here. I will be back for future purchases, the customer service was the best I have experienced for such an industry. They have so much stock in the facility, you are literally spoilt for choice. If you want to feel really valued then I would recommend no other place.
I cannot express enough how fantastic Diamond Dealer Direct have been throughout my entire experience with them. I had lost a stone in my engagement ring and had great communication with Gavin about this. I went to the shop to drop off all 3 of my rings for repair & a clean & polish. Gavin who was clearly very knowledgeable, talked me through the whole process and was really friendly and chatty My rings arrived back with me within the week by special delivery, beautifully presented in a lovely jewellery box. When I saw them they looked like new & it felt like I had seen them for the first time all over again. They asked me to call them to let them know I had received my package safely. I was extremely worried about having my rings posted back to me but I needn't have worried at all. Exceptional customer service, a genuine interest in their customers & great communication via email, phone and in-person A very special thank you to Gavin for all his help. Gavin was fantastic from start to finish. He went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with the final design. He could see I was set on an emerald and made the effort to source some really beautiful emeralds for me. There were no pushy sales tactics. With this company. At all times, they made me feel really welcome and valued. Along with educating you on how to care for the ring, they must go through it hundreds of times per week, explaining the 4Cs but still took the time to explain to me. Hopefully, you can see how beautifully they crafted the engagement ring!
