Private healthcare is becoming the new NHS.

Worst service all day.

Rude and blunt staff, wasn't kept updated at all.

Waited 40 minutes in a room before even being seen to! Had to notify the staff ourselves to get some pain killers because of the pain. Waited another 30 minutes for the staff to say "I can't give you pain killers, it's up to the doctors".

Then 4 hour delayed surgery caused my mother-in-law to miss out on a proper dinner because the 'chef went home' and apparently none of the staff know how to cook an omelette. So, they brought dry, horrible bread which caused her to vomit. Then they brought a jacket potato and forgot the cheese and butter. They won't keep the cold water topped up.

Awful, makes me wonder what she pays all this money for!

I `phoned at 1623 today to ask about the cost of private eye surgery. The answer machine said, `I am not at my desk at the moment` I do not expect call backs at this level of admin; so I do not feel confident in further inquires.

Beautiful hospital..verry clean..friendly staff.can't wait to have my operation here and stay in one of there home from home bedrooms😆
