Went for a full blood test and got seen relatively quickly. The hospital does look a bit dated but it is very clean in the area I was in. A little bit difficult to park my large van though.nnThe was parking when I arrived at 2:30pm
Yesterday I went to the hospital cos I was bleeding heavily from my mouth , I seek for help to Crawley walk in hospital …. After 15 min they let me go in to make an assessment but I’ve been left in a room for more than 30 min and forgot there like an object keep spitting blood … was 4 rooms doctors rooms empty and 6 doctors that they were walking and happy chatting around or in some rooms …. I saw 3 doctors stand in one room and chatting …. I went to the receptions they were 4 people waiting I ask and the receptionist very aggressive way rush me in the room and gave me 3 second assessment … and than they refuse to visit me and treat me to call the police …. I was on the right side I did not offends or abuse anybody the ones they were shouting at me were the receptionists all 3 I’ve been abuse and not seeing …. This how Crawley emergency hospital it’s pointless to go there better die on the road as u will not receive no treatment only bullying I say this cos the other time I nearly broke my hand I went there , I was alone , they let me stay there for 30 minutes and than they told me we have no scan and the reception once I said u let me wait 30 Minutes to tell me that she said u been lucky the waiting list it’s 3 hours and than she were laughing at me so this is how it is they are workless and careless and the patient it’s always wrong … I went yesterday at home with an emorragie …. I survive and now I leave this review hope someone on the high level will notice this and they will start taking some actions but I know a patient doesn't count … just I hope more people will have the brave to share them experience
I attended the day surgery unit yesterday and the whole experience was stress free from turning up, being prepped, the operation it’s self but wanted to say how wonderful the staff were. Constantly monitoring and checking on me and super friendly. Won’t lie I was dreading surgery day but there was no need defo give them 10/10
Amazing efficient service from the lovely nurses at urgent care this evening. I was in and out with in 30-45 minutes! They really looked after me and did an amazing job!
One week ago had a thumb operation. Sara and Joy were so lovely. Mr Singh and Mr Bhat were brilliant. I didn’t get all the team names. I want to thank you all for being so kind and caring. One week on, a wee bit painful but EVER so thankful.
