From my consultation, admission and surgery, I am so grateful for the care I received. My Consultant Mr. Herold did a great job with my surgery and I am recovering well. Nurse Joey Josephine was so knowledgeable, attentive, friendly and gave exceptional care. I was also kept informed every step of the way by the Anaesthetist and duty Doctor. Thank you all at Nuffield Health for putting me at ease and delivering such exceptional care. I highly recommend Nuffield Health Haywards Heath medically, professionally, for cleanliness, quality of care, punctuality, organisation and great communication and the food was not bad either.

From start to finish, admission, operation and recovery I couldn't have asked for any better, the whole team were kind helpful and full of smiles from start to finish, it was such a pleasant environment I quite forgot I'd gone in for surgery, my nurse Jacob was especially good, he kept me updated with every phase of the procedure and made sure I was comfortable and ready when it was time to leave, great fun to chat to and was just a really great guy, a consummate professional. I really can't praise the whole team highly enough. Add to that the surgery was a success and my recovery is going very well. Thank you all.

I came to Nuffield for an ankle surgery this week and had an amazing experience. My Nurse- Jacob- was so warm and friendly. He made me feel very safe and looked after and spoke me through everything going into the op and post op. The catering team were also wonderful and super quick. The whole team at Nuffield were bubbly and smiley, it was such a relief on a stressful day!

I was very impressed by everyone who dealt with me - from reception to surgical team. They were all courteous and caring, and they all explained clearly every step of the way. I was delighted that the surgeon took personal responsibility to bring my treatment forward. My individual nurse on the day was excellent - very understanding and relaxing - explained what was happening and made the day as stress-free as possible.

His care was first class, staff brilliant. My complaint is his room overlooked the commercial waste bins and where deliveries lorries unloaded, he had endured 6 hours of major surgery to his neck, every morning he was disturbing by loud banging from the delivery lorries  3 mornings in total  when I visited him the day after his operation the commercial bin lorry stopped right under his window, I had to close his window due to the noise and smell, that's all you need while recovering from major surgery.  Not impressed at all !!!!
