I've been helping my elderly mother who has been using this hospital a lot recently. The staff are friendly and the atmosphere is comfortable and not too clinical.

Not professional at all..I had appointment for admission Monday 9/1/17 at  11 am. They send the letter 10 days earlier and when the day came I had to close my shop to go there from Broghton to Hayward Heath and at the end they told me that they cancelse my appointment because they discaver that NHS didn't cover the expencies...they didn't call me or text me or send a letter for that...they simply have bad staff or they don't care about my money that lost..they are irresponsible..
