Had surgery on Monday and received the most excellent care and kindness from all the staff on Ilex Ward. Received a follow up call checking on my recovery and welfare. Thank you to everyone who looked after me. First class and am very grateful.
I recently received care at the hospital and was incredibly impressed by the level of professionalism and kindness shown throughout my stay. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, making me feel at ease from the moment I arrived. The nursing and medical team were attentive, reassuring, and highly skilled. I would especially like to commend the consultant and anaesthetic team, who were exceptional in their expertise and communication. Their calm and caring approach made a world of difference. Thank you to everyone involved for providing such outstanding care.
From arrival through to discharge after a three-day inpatient visit it has been a 5-star experience. The staff are professional, friendly and attentive; the administration has been timely, informative and accurate and the facilities provide a charming, relaxed and engaging experience.nMr James Lewis was specifically chosen as he’s unquestionably a top surgeon in his field, it’s been my second TKR with him and another flawless, first-class procedure.nSpecial thanks also need to go to the Nursing Staff, particularly Lizzie, Cate and Daniela who have been so supportive and helpful throughout and fun; but also not forgetting Jen, Lara, Sinead and Megha!nIt’s the second time now with one of the hospital’s physios, Trix, she is a real star and lovely to work with a special thanks to her again for all the advice and encouragement.nAlso noteworthy at this hospital are the independent catering staff, who have provided a great selection, always with lovely conversation and a smile, Laura and Rachael.nIf you are fortunate enough to have the choice of a hospital, this would definitely be my recommendation !!
Just want to say a massive thank you to everyone at Goring Hall, who looked after my mum who had a knee replacement. From Dr Uncles, Mr Ghosh to the incredible nursing staff and pantry ladies. Your care and compassion is exceptional.nSo many names to mention but a special thank you to Lara, Harry, Ness & the amazing Pantry ladies Lisa, Laura, Amber and Sahara. You all made my mums time at Goring Hall so comfortable. Thank you so much xxx
The comfort of the room was good. The staff were all really attentive and responded quickly if I used the call bell. My new knee is responding as advised and the pain control has been good. Major surgery and so discomfort to be expected.nThe catering is excellent with a broad choice of dishes.
