Went to the minor injuries unit to have some stitches removed. I had a really lovely man named Mark and he gave me a very heart warming experience. Probably one of the nicest men I’ve ever met and was an absolute pleasure. He was very gentle and knowledgeable and kept me calm. Thank you for making my day

Absolutely shocking . All my stitches were left - not removed as it ment to be ! I was assured that the stitches were removed but the nurse only cat some on the half and decided to not do anything apart that and left the stitches in my body . The stitches grown under the skin and now I am waiting untill the skin will blow and the stitches will be removed on its own !! This is what I was told yesterday in my local GP . Absolutely devastating as I am not in pain after operation but now I am in more pain because of the spike stitches left in my body !!!

I arrived here for rehab after a hip & femar bone operation at Worthing hospital. I have got to say what a lovely profesional team here. First rate & the food is something else!!nNow looking to a discharge date & start a long journey back to Hexham, Northumberland.nA great big thank you to everyone for my superb care.nKeith Young.

I phone Bognor Regis admin team to see if my MRI scan results are in  MRI scan 4 wks ago I’m no 1 in the queue, great won’t be long to be answered? After 10 mins of music and reminders that I’m no 1 in the queue, no answer, I’m a patient, patient but throw the towel  phone in at 31 minutes & 26 seconds, is this acceptable? How long at position 1 is a reasonable amount of time to wait?…… I’ll try another day?

Arrived with suspected broken finger. Was seen by four different staff and had x ray and a splint fitted. Was on my way home within two hours.nSo efficient and friendly. Full marks to all the wonderful staff that were on duty yesterday.nBrilliant servicenThank you so much.
