Norton is for the lovers of all things aquatic. A chalet village with stunning views of The Solent, it is moments from a maritime museum, underwater archaeology centre, a planetarium and a model railway, and the site was even occupied by the Royal Navy during WWII. Fresh seaside chalets built by Warner provide peaceful spaces to relax in after a night enjoying a range of excellent live entertainment.

As well as a wide range of daily activities, Norton Grange's restaurant, Castaways, has a broad menu including local and seasonal produce.

Rooms need upgrading. We are in Gatcombe block. Some nice garden ones ready. Food Not the best. Not the usual Warner standard. Last night entertainment John Denver tribute amazing.

We have visited many times but may not anymore. The chalet was good,clean and warm. The staff generally ok but the entertainment is not as good as it used to be. They have cut the budget I think, it's mainly staff now and they weren't brilliant. The food was excellent but the prawn cocktail and melon starters were very poor but carvery was excellent

At the time of booking we advised that two of our party were disabled and we needed a chalet near the main hotel. We ended up almost 200 yards away up a hill over rough ground. On return spent a week in the cardiac unit at our local hospital. Five blood transfusions. Worst holiday we have ever had. Never going to Warners again.

Within 10 minutes of checking in on a disability parking bays I had my car hit by a maintainance buggy around £ 1800 damage repair costs. Reported it to the manager and the only response I got was it wasn't us we've checked cc tv and that area is not covered, but he wouldn't let me see the evidence nor give me any insurance details with which to make a claim. We have.been as a group of eight twice a year for the entertainment which is very good but sorry never again. The food wasn't very good access to chalets for disabled very poor.

The staff at Norton go out of their way to ensure visitors are happy. Daily activities are offered for those who wish to take part. If you just want to relax and do your own thing then that is the order of the day. The entertainment staff are like Duracell batteries(full of energy). Warner group have a lot of repeat customer's who have thier favourite hotel despite this they visit others within the group just to compare. There is a good selection of food available each meal time, varied and fresh enough to satisfy most people, the menu includes vegan and vegetarian options. No matter where you go in the world you will always get wingers that take great pleasure in searching for something to moan about. The manager who has been in place for the past few years has made a big effort to upgrade many of the facilities, and continues to improve the customer experience by taking on board constructive feedback. Thier is very much a family vibe.Well done Norton Grange.
