My experience wouldn’t be the same without Jayne she went absolutely above and beyond to make my dream house come true. Her custom service was above amazing!! I can't recommend Northwood enough. Met with a few agents and Leanne was by far the most helpful and professional, making me feel at ease and taking time to answer all my questions and explain the process. I recently needed my house valued so I got in touch with Northwood Estate Agents. I dealt with Leanne who was extremely professional throughout. Leanne came to my property within a day of speaking to her and I had the valuation emailed to me within half an hour of her leaving the property. I would definitely recommend to others.

I’ve rented my property through Northwood’s Newcastle for several years. I’ve had great communication from day one with them, value for money and they have dealt with any queries and issues on my behalf promptly. Alex has recently organised some repairs in my property, he’s kept me up to date regularly with quotes, the progress of the repairs and photos on completion. Bought a house very recently through Northwood and had Leanne helping us throughout. In our case, she had to keep chasing slow solicitors so we could get the sale through before our mortgage offer expired. She was the biggest help! If it wasn't for Northwood/Leanne helping us throughout we could have very easily lost out which would have been devastating.

As a first time buyer living abroad Leanne and Jayne were fantastic! They made this process easier due to their communication and explanations and never left me waiting or not knowing how the process was going. I recommend Northwood without a doubt!!

Brilliant!  Leanne was great throughout the full time. Always on the ball and always happy to help with any uncertainty and gives you updates immediately.  When taking the viewing are our property she was full of knowledge on our property aswell. And carried out viewing perfectly.  Couldn’t recommend anymore.
