Our dog Dexter was admitted as an out of hours emergency referral. We were met by a lovely vet who assessed Dexter and admitted him. Following an MRI scan next morning, and major surgery, his surgeon, Luca, kept us fully informed by phone. Each morning we had a progress report from him and consultation when we were able to collect Dexter. We cannot thank him highly enough for his skill and care. Also thanks to Lauren, his physiotherapist, the nurses for their care and the receptionists for their assistance. We are happy to report that Dexter is recovering well.

Nice and clean, staff are friendly and polite. The surgeon I seen was very detailed and explained everything in a way that was understandable which is important to me when I'm entrusting him with my 2, All in all a very professional set up that I'd be happy to leave any of my dogs with if they ever needed a diagnosis again. Early days regarding the procedure so unable to comment on the recovery and aftercare.

We have had to visit twice in the last two years for two separate and unrelated injuries and cannot fault either experience. The first was for elbow dysplasia and from reception through to discharge the service and care was exemplary... Knowledgeable specialist who explained everything, reception staff who make you and your pet feel at ease (most important in my case as my pup has a fear of vets) The 2nd visit was for a torn cruciate ligament... A different specialist obviously who went through everything to the point where I almost feel like an expert in the field. Again reception staff are worth their weight in gold... My pup felt at home which made the whole experience almost stress free (pup having an op - of course I'm stressed) Kept up to date on procedure, detailed post op information (follow this - they know what they're talking about) follow up examination treated with the same level of care and professionalism. I cannot recommend Northwest Surgeons highly enough... I hope I never have to go there again but this is purely from the standpoint of not wishing my pup any further injuries... In the unfortunate event she did need specialist treatment I would be happy to return here

They were really thorough and understanding....daily update by text each morning and phone call late afternoon. We were seen by Matt for Nips.... can't thank him enough for his time. And all the staff there. A really big thanks from Nipper. Mary and Alan.
