This vets doesn't have a personal, caring feel to it. The receptionists seem quite uninterested, and can be quite rude. The last time I took my dog there they missed a problem. Granted this didn't change the outcome, but what else could they be missing? They then go on to charge a fortune. The vets seem inexperienced apart from Dr Sean who is very professional thorough and thoughtful. They seem to have more expertise when it comes to cats.

Very helpful vets, generally it's possible to get to see a vet most days in the open surgery. Most of the time you have to wait a short while. The receptionist is very helpful and friendly. This is a vets where they put the animals first - it's not just about money!

Decent enough vets, reception front desk staff could do with some customer relations training though

Love the clinic, friendly all the doctors. They are so helpful, sometimes just talk too much. ☺️
