We have been attending here with our cairn terrier who has sick sinus syndrome and has required a pacemaker fitted. The care, attention and service given to our dog and us has been second to none. All the staff have been caring and also shared their knowledge and information we have needed in a calm and efficient manner. They show an empathy with our dog that is very reassuring. Our vet Julie Hamilton-Elliott was superb. We will always be so grateful to her and the hospital for giving us our precious little dog back. Thank you all.

Genuine excellence. This is a fantastic service and resource. Took an ill dog, they diagnosed, looked after and delivered surgery all of which was excellent. There was great communication throughout, the stuff have a real understanding of both animals but also supporting thier owners. Can not speak highly enough.

Plenty of parking spaces, area to walk dogs, poop bins provided, toilets available, help desk / reception available to direct people and book them in.
