The staff at Eye Vet are amazing, their customer service always makes you feel welcome and you know your dog is going to be well looked after. They all know my dog well by now, even over the phone - they are just so friendly and love the animals that come in. My dog has had 2 procedures with them now, and both have been successful, and the aftercare is incredible.
Fantastic was sent here as an emergency appointment with my dog Hattie nothing was too much trouble. Very professional lovely staff front of house and back of house Hattie sends her love
Lovely staff who looked after my pet cat brilliantly. They even offered to clean him up after he made a mess in his cat box on the way there. We went in shortly after our appointment time so did not have to sit around waiting. There was plenty of car park space. The only problem was that there was no soap in the public toilet to wash your hands properly which we desperately needed after the initial problem with the cat making a mess. I alerted the staff and they said they will rectify it. All in all, a positive visit and I would recommend this place to others if your pet needs an eye specialist.
excellent, the staff were brilliant, helpful,understanding. we were there for most of the day . it was hard on the both of us to see are loving dog in desires. but they where so helpful. we have sophie at home now she is very quiet, she has not eaten yet . so we hope she will be better tomorrow. I am now sorting out a schedule for her medications in a chart format. so she well receive them on time and in the right order. again thank you to all the staff and the practitioners that delivered for my dog all are love gail and tommy and sophie
My wife took our cat to Eye Vet for an eye examination and everything well okay except for the payment part which was a total farce. When my wife was in Eye Vet they could not provide a bill for her to pay on the day. My wife ensured they had her email address so a bill could be sent to her. Having checked her e-mails including spam daily, no bill was ever received. Having heard or received nothing from the Eye Vet, my wife sent an e-mail to Eye Vet asking about the bill. Next thing we knew, we received a threatening letter demanding payment within 7 days. This threatening letter was received on the 7th day of the date on the letter. The eye vet's accounts department is so incompetent and unprofessional and has caused us a lot of stress.
I can't recommend Eye Vets enough. When Teddy got referred here the other week, I was heartbroken and so scared for him because he is only 5 months old. Every single person has made us feel so welcome. Beatriz did Teddy's surgery and she is really professional and so kind to him. She explained everything to us simply and went above and beyond to make sure Teddy was looked after. Iona has seen Teddy after his surgery and she has the biggest heart and has such a kind nature about her that has put us at ease. You can see every person really cares at Eye Vets. Laura on reception has been really kind to us and very welcoming, along with all the other team. I don't know all the nurses names as Teddy has met a few and every single one of them are so good at their jobs and have helped me understand all his medication when it was really overwhelming. I really can't thank everyone here enough, you all have the biggest hearts and you are all so brilliant at your jobs. You don't realise just how much your kindness means when it can be really scary handing your dog over. Teddy hasn't finished his treatment yet but I just know he's in the best possible hands and I couldn't ask for anything more so thank you.
If you ever have concerns about your pets eyesight have your vet contact, or better still, refer your pet to this practice. Your pet couldn't be in better hands.
As both the owner and the referring vet for my dog, Bodhi, I can't rate this practice highly enough. From the start of the referral process as the vet, right though to the consultation as the owner, each and every member of the team was friendly, professional and caring. Highly recommended!
Great experience! Beatriz was amazing, her calm energy really helped ease our worry. Her and the Eye Vet team were very attentive with their care and instructions. Cannot recommend them enough!
