Despite the long wait which is to be expected the overall experience was positive. I was treated with care, sympathy and competence, and staff were clearly doing their best. Many of those who leave negative feedback probably don't realise, or give consideration to, the challenges which are faced by staff. It is not their fault that they are vastly under-funded and under-staffed.
All the doctors were so lovely , kind and caring definitely took great care of me . Was in hospital for 22 hours and they did CT scan, blood test, put me on drips, gave me migraine meds, anti sickness meds and ibuprofen. I also had 2 small bowls of soup it was delicious! Thank you so much for being so understanding and caring about mennI was on ward 3 and big shout out to Chloe and Judith
The kids A&E are amazing with our special little boy. I think they have all met him now! Every nurse, consultant has always taken their time to not only understand his background, but listen to me as the parent. Brilliant team there
This is the hallmark of how the NHS should be run. A Fantastic caring empathetic team who have true patient well being at there core. A Flagship of hospital excellence they made our difficult experience bearable and looked after our mum with love & dignity. Thank you so much.
Absolutely disgusting service not for the first time either was rushed in Saturday early evening waiting time was 4 hours 27 minutes paramedics booked me in at 19.50 by 03.00 still waiting. Will never go here again I would sooner die at home with family than in hospital where care is not a priority. After speaking to others I was told that some people had been waiting over 14 hours so best change the name from hospital to a morgue what an embarrassment to the nhs
