Treated abysmally by secretarial staff, can Never get an appointment, phones Rarely answered & if you Dare to complain they say that they'll remove you from the list, repeat prescriptions rarely filled, repeat sickness notes not given though been I'll for 20 years 10 of which at THIS Surgery.. Disgusting, actually considering legal action... Anyone else having Horrific experiences here?

Terrible service. They rarely ever answer the phone when you ring up to book an appointment, and when you finally do get through to them, the appointments are almost always fully booked and the person on the end of the phone isn't helpful at all. Also, when you go in for your appointment (if you manage to get one) it's not surprising to have to wait 45+ minutes after your appointment time to be seen. Absolute joke.

What professional service ! Why can the receptionist​ from not give my children's mothers(debbie) prescription the answer is because the last time i came to the surgery they did not agree on what i had to say about the service they said they nearly had to call the police. Now i have witnesses for every time ive being in that surgery because of how corrupted the service is, an have never caused a disturbance to the point where is was offendeding people. So when i entered the surgery today to ask why she's been messed for 18th time they said computer error! And they are just waiting for the doctor to sign the prescription, so i asked why is she not on 12 week prescription instead of 4week prescription to stop this happening every 4weeks due to there lact of duedilligent in this surgery, it's not like she is going to be taking of this medication anytime soon. It would be her cpn the at made the decision? So i said to Debbie why don't you move surgery's.she said i haven't seen the doctor for a year so what does it matter!!!!! So i bet now they are(receptionists) coming up with some cock and bull story about me and my attitude? I have severe ADHD and Debbie has ( PTSD) so thank you cramlington medical group for all your help. We will be in touch.

why have I not had the report which the doctor wrote to get me put in another surgery ???? As I was getting great, true,advise from Dr Duncan Leith I quote what he wrote and documented what he told me in Person. "there have been lots of bureaucrats have been on the phone to me (Duncan) about you Robert and they where wanting more & wanting information about you ??? which was kind of strange as I gave them it to photo copy my professionally diagnosis and he had all the information that I got form previous nhs trust and care plans that started my care. and treatment. please could the I have the report on leaving this surgery ?
