I have really bad anxiety and I keep phoning up the doctors every day and give them a lot of hustles but they are always kind to me and give me the best care, doctor Rockwood gave me some medicine and my anxiety was gone in a week, he is a star. Also a young beautiful doctor named jones she is great! She is extremely professional and caring, thanks doctor shanks he is an amazing doctor. Doctor prunks is so fantastic as well. They are not only amazing at their jobs, further more, they have high morality as well. I am very lucky to be registered there. In a word: more than perfect

More like NHS direct service than local gp surgery. Most diagnosis and prescribing done over the phone. No time spent on care of patient anymore. However some of doctors are great. A lot of faults can probably be put down to NHS cuts/lack of funding

Many thanks to the staff at freeman hospital!! But more so the staff at brockwell medical group!! With one thing or another with my meds I am now taking! Life was difficult to cope with!! They understood my situation persevered and got things right for me!! Iv never felt this good or fit since I was in my 20s!! A big thank you to all!!

Angela in Admin is fantastic, she has helped me a number of times now and has always gone above and beyond. This is the first Doctors were reception are kind and do not want to know your issues, will help try and secure an appointment and seem to be very good at their jobs. Thank you again to Angela she is a diamond! L Alexander
