Never had any problems getting an appointment. The staff on the desk have been helpful and the Doctors are courteous and interested. Never felt like I am being rushed out of the door at an appointment and feel listened to.

Not good. Not helpful staff and very rude if you ask for any mistakes on promises for prescription collections and they make you feel guilty for just talking to the staff at the desk Why does no body complain and get this surgery closed

Rang up on Monday needing to book a medical appointment told they will ring back.. mow Thursday.. I'm currently on hold at position 1... and have been for 16 minutes now... is anyone working ?? Have you closed early for brunch? I'm still on hold now ! Last time I used the doctors was about 2 years ago.. and didn't wish to tell receptionist what was wrong ( work colleges around ) got told to join another surgery.. and put the phone down on me....

I rate it four as it generally is a great doctors however they're lacking with appointments there is room for improvement and needs sorted fast.

Lovely doctors but trying to get an appointment is ridiculous, on the phine from the minute the phone lines open and then no appointments left by the time you actaully get through. Just not good enough! I understand the NHS is until a lot of pressure before anyways says anything
