Thankyou so much,I recently attended with a dodgy looking mole you arranged my appointment within a week,reception staff downstairs and upstairs very good.I saw a specialist and a trainee doctor,both explained the situation and checked me all over.To my surprise I then had the mole photographed and removed within the hour.I am a bit of a coward but the two staff who removed the mole were brilliant, thankyou so much.I yesterday went to the Rvi where I was told it was cancer but fully removed by your fantastic staff at Cramlington, thankyou all so very much,steve byrne.
Mum was here today to get injection in her eye... ,first I was not aloud to stay with her and second they took my phone number and said they would call when she was finished, OH no they didn't mum is 92 and very deaf and can only see with one eye ,good eye was getting injection, she was left to come out on her own,very dangerous, and I was very disappointed in the staff
would just like to state was in manor walks collecting medication for a severe stomache bug,when i needed to use the ladies, with no other choice as all shops are shut and toilets at top end are shut had to use nhs toilets when i came out i was met with attitude and a lecture from the receptionist for using the ladies, i understand they are not for public use but in a emergency and with the covid situation and no toilets availble did not think there was any need to embarrass me as other people were there, think you need to review your public relation skills
