I see so many bad reviews re NHS and GP's but I have to say, Northumberland Health Centre have been fantastic. Needed them twice in last 6 months and calls answered swiftly and absolutely excellent friendly customer service. Doctors and nurses excellent too. Bravo

The reception at this doctors are a nightmare. Arrived for an appointment bang on time, couldn't log in via the screen on the wall, then had to wait for one of the receptionist to get off of the phone, and the other dealing with someone about a repeat prescription. Other people in the queue before us! Took us 10 mins to get to speak to receptionist only to be told we are late and can't see the doctor, HOLD ON, THEY CAUSED US BEING LATE!!! Was an important appointment aswell.nnReceptionist can't hear you either because of their glass screen, so you have to speak so loud for them to hear you, so all the other patients in the waiting room can hear your personal data and business, not good!

One of the best GPs I have visited several times. They have helped me a lot, and the staff are very professional and polite, especially Dr. Hiba Ragheb, who is an excellent and very respectful doctor. She is also very compassionate toward those who visit her and provides great assistance. If you need to go to the hospital, she tells you what to do and what to say. I wish her continued success, and I am very grateful to all of them.

What can be said about this gp other than complete and utter failure of a medical institution.nnsome doctors in this medical center , are absolutely excellent and go above and beyond a typical robotic nhs doctor , where they actually express care and keen interest in your wellbeing.nnHowever, the receptionists are absolutely good for nothing. Largely incompetent, lacking in manners and decorum, unhelpful and inefficient in general. This can be largely explained by the fact that many if the receptionist staff are highly arrogant and lack skills such as IT literacy and basic customer service skills and problem solving. Many of them have their mindsets stuck in the 1920s and have implicit racism built into them. Do not expect them to be helpful. Moreover, expect them to cut the line on you at any given moment whenever you are in the queue. Expect the receptionist staff to be rude and unhelpful.nnMy self and my family members have been with this GP for over 17 years , im sure many others can share the same feelings.

Receptionist are doing amazing job and are empathetic,  friendly to help.  Gps are equally cooperative.  You always get heard and treated well at the NHMC. Keep up the good work. I hope it continues to deliver best patient care.
