Nice, new, airy building with good conferencing facilities, however utterly ridiculous car parking arrangements. All planned double parking leading to constant distractions as people were being called out of meetings all day to move their cars. Unbelievable that someone thought that system would be a good idea.

Lovely call handlers, always kind and helpful.

Close elderly relative admitted with a few problems. Emergency care very efficient but ward very short staffed and therefore appear to be unable to provide the suitable care needed for recovery. Main problem seems to be lack of staff.

Continually improving patient service in hospital and in the community. Hospitals maintained to a high standard to ensure the right environment for patients, visitors and staff

Went for an interview so no comment. Looked a pleasant space

From the paramedic who came first, and the two ambulance staff who followed up, I was in very safe hand, check over by paramedic, and the taken by ambulance to Cramlington, for a check up, at 4am the place was all action medical staff and Doctor just first rate. Thank you to all who looked after me, Kind regards Cliff.
