Paid 100 for a 10 minute job. The work did not last and once i called back to get them to fix they wanted wanted to charge me again. Money is not is the issue but the experience. Will never go back.

My son was in pain because of cavity, I called and was booked in immediately. The doctor and nurse were very pleasant. The tooth was removed within a few minutes.

Have been with this dentist some years but, have noticed a decline in customer care and respect along with premises hygiene. On my last visit I was quite traumatised by events that took place regarding an extraction which pushed me thankfully to find a new dentist. To be very honest,  if anyone asked me for a recommendation, North Heath would not get a mention.........Am soooo happy with my new dentist.

Went a few times for a yearish after Mr Punwar retired and these people bought out the premises. Like a lot of others said: the dentists were always running late, but the final straw for me was when they misbooked and charged me as if it was my mistake when I had an email to prove otherwise, and then the replacement appointment they somehow managed to book me in under a different name which confused the dentist, he looked at my teeth said they are all fine and essentially hurried me out without listening, and the whole fiasco only became clear as/when they STILL expected me to pay for that fiasco AGAIN despite doing nothing.  My mum had a horrendous time with them too, they'd book and charge her for things and then not do them until they'd got another 3 or 4 appointments fees out of her and she'd moan and then they'd angrily do it to a substandard that would need repair at other organisations' practices.nnNo idea if they have improved since then, but I for one would never trust these people again, from experience they were just unprofessional and money-grabbing and thoroughly disorganised/uncaring.

Absolute shambles of a dentist and very rude. My sister had an hygienist treatment but jammed more plac into her gums and now she is having to spend loads on more treatment with another dentist.nFor obvious reasons I wanted to cancel my appointment but they would not refund my money
