Disgusting... don't ever sign up to this practice... Doctors are good... If you can get an appointment.... I tried for over a week to get an appointment. I had to phone at 8 then 10 then 2 every day (these are the times the new appointments are released) to be told no appointments available..so there are 11000 registered patients racing to get a few appointments that are dribbled onto their system. You can't even book an appointment for two weeks in advance.! As one of the other reviews say... You're more likely to be able to get an audience with the Pope... Be warned. I don't give it any stars but had to press 1 to post

Staff knowledge is really poor on medications and processes. Customer/Patient Service is appalling.

terrible doctors for trying to get an appointment, I work for a living and I keep getting told to phone at 8am but I cannot get to a phone at that time and when I eventually phone, all appointments are gone.....when you explain your situation they are very unhelpful,
