Absolutely terrible surgery , phone lines always down so can't call to sort appointment or ask about medication!! Avoid at all costs at try for another practice !!
Waited for appointment outside at 8.00 am saw nurse for prescription . After 6 hours and numerous calls they had not submitted the prescription. TEERIBLE !!!
Hands down the worst gp I don't understand why they are here..... Waited on the phone for so long to be told there's no space when I rang at 8am on the dot. Happened 3 consecutive days
I've never had an issue with appointments sometimes there must be some give and take but on the whole they are great. Reception staff are lovely and the drs are great. Dr Truman's is very patient and really trys to help as is dr orr they are all lovely and work really hard. I only had an issue with one nurse and I just won't go to her now. I've been a patient for 10 years now. Really lovely practice and it's a shame people put such poor reviews. I've had more than my fair share of help but they always do help. They treat you like your a friendly the practice and part of the community they are great.
Recently had to visit Guide Post Medical Group after 16 years. The care, respect & support was excellent to say the least, reception staff , nurse practitioners and a massive thank you to DR . Belton. Many Thanks to you,
In my experience I have nothing negative to say about the practice. Staff always very pleasant and my mums GP goes above and beyond for her.
The worst doctor surgery I have ever dealt with. Staff are rude and unhelpful, it's impossible to get an appointment. I'm only giving 1 star because you can't leave no stars.
The best medical practice I have ever visited. Nothing is too much trouble. You're seen quickly and each appointment is professionally and courteously dealt with. In the few times I have had to see a doctor, I cannot recommend both the service of the GP's and their supporting staff highly enough.
I only give it a 1 star as cannot give a 0 trying to get an appointment with doctor is impossible you can only get a appointment with a trainee nurse. Doctor or cleaner
I've attended surgery and had telephone appointments throughout the year when needed and staff have been supportive and helpful. Very grateful for their care.
