worst van hire place around 
sat for 1 hour 45 mins waiting for van exchange which was pre booked .
workshop manager even worse to deal with arrogant and phone mannor aeful needs lessons in customer care 
phoned up 4 times over faults .as a engineer im quiet able myself however to be spoken to by this person the way i was wasnt acceptable.

Expect to be there along time, I needed to change a van over, pre-booked and I was there 4hr20mins.
