I have used Enterprise 4 times in the last year at their Bootle branch and to say they are good doesn't do them justice. The service from Keith and Tom in has been exceptional every time. They always go the extra mile which is very refreshing. Great guys and great value.

My only issue to an otherwise fabulous service:
Although booked online and had a time slot, there was an hour delay in processing and collecting the vehicle. This was due to large number of customers, which the branch said was unexpected. I can only assume these didn't book via website to obtain a time slot.
