The staff at Liverpool airport were quick, efficient and very helpful. When I booked there was an error where I wanted a manual car but an automatic car was there for me. The lady at the car rental park asked me if I would like to wait there would be a manual one ready in half an hour but also gave me an alternative manual vehicle which I accepted. On my return I was given a deduction in my price for      the car rental. A very good experience all round and will definitely use Enterprise at Liverpool again.

On the whole very good, and the staff were excellent, however it was a shame the car took a while to be made available and the inside of the windscreen wasn't very clean

The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional making sure I was seen to efficiently after arriving from a tiring flight. Was a pleasure using enterprise cars at John lennon airport.
The car itself was exceptional as well
