Worst service ever. Today I booked to hire a van with budget car. Only to be refused on arrival due to an apparent credit check that showed I was living with parents. I provided a driving license, passport, credit card, credit card statement, bank statement and have been living at the address for over seven years being on the electoral roll etc. 

Kevin the smug judgemental man behind the desk, simply turned round and said I was not able to have the van. When asking for a refund he refused. He called me a d*ck head.

This a true storey, this guy should be sacked, vile individual.

Horrific service. They allow you to book online, take money then refuse you your booking when you arrive. Left standing outside for over an hour before anyone came to door. Problem after problem trying to claim money back after refused van

Wrong phone number got a car need to extend for 1 day cant get in touch with them as the nunber is actually avis and they cant help even though its a parent company

Refused to hire even though I had proof of address and had reserved/paid online. Suspect they had over booked/were coming up with any excuse. Avoid at all costs.
