Absolutely appalling company. Left me stranded when I had a puncture and charged me £85 PER DAY. I had to arrange my own recovery and vehicle exchange. Their response? Nothing

This company provides you with a no hussle experience to rent a car.. I've been renting from so many other places but the survice here is so great. Customer service is so friendly helpful and always smiling. You could not go wrong hiring from them. Their 1 month offer is so cheap and with low deposit. Highly recommend them for any one who wants to rent a car. One time they even upgraded me for a higher tier car with just a little increase in payment.

Never on time, cars consistently dirty, never answer the phone. Update; picked up car not at specced time v random and inconsistent.

Promised a van for 10am but van was not ready until 3pm. Poor communication, call centre said i would have to take it up with the branch!!!
