before I booked the car I had quotation and it was very good price ,so I booked the car .but on the day of collection I was told that I have to purchase  full insurance  cover over £300 on top if I want this car .It was to late for me to change anything so I had to pay the extra £300. not happy at all .no one has told me about the insurance. when I had my quote .if I will know about this early   I will find the car somwhere else

I can’t describe how amazing these guys are... returned the car early and they refunded the rest of my booking! So helpful as expected.

The staff had a very busy day so we had to wait half an hour for the car, but they were very apologetic and did all they can to deal with a busy influx. We were not in a rush and received a free upgrade, so we were still happy with the service. In particular, there was a gentleman (whose name I unfortunately cannot remember) and a woman (Sam) who were really pleasant to deal with

Got a free upgrade to a fancy jeep because my rental was 30 minutes behind, awesome.

Tends to overcharge (by more than 200% the regular rates) when trying to rent for a single day close to holiday season (like the 20th of Dec), even if booking a couple of weeks in advance. NOT cool guys...
